Year 6 Bletchley Park Trip

Year 6 had an incredible time visting Bletchley Park on VE Day. The children discovered why codebreaking happened at Bletchley Park, how messages were intercepted and delivered there, why secrecy was so important and what life was like for the Codebreakers. They even had a demonstration of the Enigma machine. What an amazing day to learn about fascinating wartime history.

The rest of the school also had a great day learning the history of VE day and celebrating its 80th anniversary.
