Merchiston Castle School is delighted to invite prospective families to its Open Day on Saturday 4 October 2025. This is a unique opportunity to explore the school’s vibrant campus, meet staff and pupils, and experience firsthand what makes Merchiston a leading choice for independent education.

Visitors will enjoy guided tours of classrooms, boarding houses, and sports facilities, as well as opportunities to engage with teachers and current pupils. This year’s Open Day is centred around the theme of “Journey”, highlighting the wide-ranging experiences and pathways available to pupils at Merchiston, from academic achievements and creative pursuits to sporting excellence and personal development.
