A Level Results 2025

We are delighted to announce an outstanding set of A Level results for our 2025 cohort.

This year, 143 pupils received their results, with an impressive 45% of all grades awarded at A* or A, and 75% at A* to B. Twenty-eight pupils achieved three or more A* and A grades.

These results have enabled almost 90% of students to secure places at their first-choice universities, with popular destinations including Newcastle, Durham, Edinburgh, Exeter, Manchester and Oxford Brookes.

Head Master, John Davies, commented: I am delighted to join our 2025 Leavers in celebrating their excellent results today. Whilst a Dauntsey's education is about so much more than just examination results, these grades are a fantastic testament to the ambition and determination of this group of young people. I am incredibly grateful to the outstanding and dedicated teachers who have guided them over the last two years.

It is immensely satisfying to know that these pupils have squeezed every last drop out of their Dauntsey's adventure across many areas of school life, including the open seas, the sports pitches, the stages, the international trips and outreach projects and the concert halls. I am confident that they will have an immense, positive impact on the world, and we are proud to send them on now with impressive qualifications to match their impressive characters.
