This is a story of how the school tractor and grounds man Jimmy helped Year 1 with their literacy. After diligently sitting at their desks learning about non- fiction features in their literacy topic, writing labels and facts about tractors areal life tractor appeared outside the classroom. Year 1 had to go outside to learn more. This is what makes the 50 acre estate so special. Everyday can have a classrooms without walls moment.
