Year 5’s Western Rodeo Boarding Experience

The Year 5 children were offered the chance to board on Wednesday, following successful year group boarding nights earlier in the term. The Sports Hall was filled with giant inflatables, including an obstacle course, slide, bungee run, jousting and a rodeo bull. The children ran around to their hearts’ content, testing who could last the longest on the rodeo bull, reach the furthest on the bungee run, and race through the obstacle course the quickest. After a very tasty supper, they headed for much‑needed showers, enjoyed some downtime in the dorms, and settled in with pre‑lights‑out reading before a good night’s sleep. Well done to Year 5 for an excellent evening, and to Miss Jones for joining in the fun.
