🎉 Celebrating our Class of 2026! 🎉

Yesterday was a very special day at Tower College as our Year 11 pupils received their GCSE results - and we couldn’t be prouder!

The results reflect the hard work, determination and progress of our pupils, alongside the incredible support of our teachers and families.

🌟 80% of all GCSE grades were Grade 4 or above, significantly above the national average of 67%.

🏆 More than 1 in 4 grades were awarded at Grades 7–9.

➗ 90% of Maths grades were Grade 4 , with more than 40% achieving Grades 7–9.

📚 83% of English Language and English Literature entries achieved Grade 4 .

🔬 92% of Biology, Chemistry and Physics entries achieved Grade 4 , with 36% achieving Grades 7–9.

We are also delighted to see positive value added across the cohort, with pupils overall outperforming their CATS most-likely grades.

But behind every grade is a young person, a journey and a huge amount of hard work. ❤️

To our Year 11 pupils - well done! We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and wish you every success as you take your next steps.
