Christ College is set within the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Pupils interested in applying for a scholarship in Music, Drama, Art, Academic or Science for Sixth Form entry should complete a Registration Form and return it to our Admissions Team ahead of this date in November. Candidates will be invited to attend an assessment with the subject leader and have an interview with the Head and Deputy Head Academic.

An opportunity for pupils interested in joining the Sixth Form in September 2027 or 2028 to find out more about our Sports Programme, our Aspirational Pupil Pathway and the scholarships we offer in sport. You will hear from the Head, Director of Sport and Head’s of Cricket, Hockey and Rugby. Our Sport Scholarship Assessment Day will take place in January.

Once registered for a place, your child will be invited in for the day to sit our entrance assessments in English and Mathematics. This will be followed by an informal small group interview with our Head, which allows us to find out more about your child’s interests. Pupils will also enjoy a music and sports session and lunch in the dining hall.
If applying for a scholarship, pupils will also have an assessment with the Head of department on the day.

During your visit you will have the opportunity to meet our Head, Mr Alex Wallace along with other key members of staff. There will be talks from the Head, Deputy Head Pastoral and Deputy Head Academic on school life. You will hear from our pupils about their experience at Christ College whilst touring our extensive grounds and facilities. And of course you will enjoy a range of delicious refreshments provided by our caterers Holroyd Howe.

We have extensive experience hosting international students and organising summer activities in a safe and secure environment.
Our Summer Adventure School give girls and boys aged 10 to 16 the opportunity to improve their English, make new friends, and learn new skills. A wide range of activities are on offer within the local mountains, rivers, and woodland of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Gower coastline.

Open to children aged 10-12 and young people aged 13-16, our week-long Summer Camp is packed full of exciting activities, with each day bringing new experiences and unforgettable memories.
It’s all about making friends, challenging yourself, and having an absolute blast! Whether you’re into high-flying ropes courses, surfing the waves, creating cartoons, or music-making, we’ve got something for everyone.
Located at Christ College Brecon, our Summer Adventure Camp is perfectly situated to explore the incredible Brecon Beacons National Park and Gower coastline by day, before relaxing with evening activities back at the cosy boarding house.
