St Columba's School is a non-denominational HMC independent day school for boys and girls aged 3-18. St Columba's is renowned for its first-class education and academic excellence. As one of Scotland's highest achieving schools, the results obtained by our pupils are consistently among the highest pass rates and percentage As in the country.

With a role of around 700 pupils, our size is also our strength. Each child is known by name and recognised as an individual. Our beautiful countryside location and excellent educational experience create a school environment which is challenging and vibrant. This allows pupils to consistently achieve outstanding examinations results and national success out with the classroom.

Pupils are presented for SQA examinations in SIV, SV and SVI, and St Columba's academic results are among the best in Scotland. In addition to academic excellence, the School supports a full programme of musical, sporting and extra-curricular activities, allowing each pupil to develop personal confidence and skills for life. Dedicated academic staff acknowledge the individual talent and potential of each pupil, and the School ethos is one of involvement, endeavour and achievement.

Situated in the heart of Kilmacolm, yet within easy reach of the city of Glasgow and surrounding areas, we are a forward looking, vibrant and dynamic school. The School buildings and sports facilities are located within a quarter-mile radius. Transportation is arranged for pupils travelling to the School from a wide area and wraparound care is available.

St Columba's School has a great deal to offer your child: an excellent educational experience in a secure, stimulating environment. Financial assistance is available.

Come and visit us and let our pupils show you why we are one of the leading independent schools in Scotland.
