I am delighted to welcome you to Spring Grove School – a school that offers an excellent all-round education and a fantastic start in life for children aged 2 to 11 years. We are a happy, family Prep school where your child will have the space and opportunity to grow with confidence. The school is small enough for us to know every child individually, and for us to encourage each and every pupil in our care to develop a love of learning that will be lasting. I was particularly pleased that after our most recent ISI inspection in 2026, the strength of our curriculum, and of our specialist teaching and extra-curricular learning shone through, with the inspectors noting: ‘Leaders have established a clear educational vision that supports pupils’ academic progress and personal development across a broad and balanced curriculum.’

Spring Grove is located in Wye, between Ashford and Canterbury, in a beautiful 14-acre rural setting which I think we can justifiably describe as one of the most beautiful playgrounds in Kent. We are proud to prepare our children for a range of secondary education when they leave us at 11 , including grammar and senior independent schools. Most importantly, we work with every family individually to ensure that our Year 6 leavers are moving on to schools where they will thrive.
