    I am delighted to welcome you to Spring Grove School – a school that offers an excellent all-round education and a fantastic start in life for children aged 2 to 11 years. We are a happy, family Prep school where your child will have the space and opportunity to grow with confidence. The school is small enough for us to know every child individually, and for us to encourage each and every pupil in our care to develop a love of learning that will be lasting. I was particularly pleased that after our most recent ISI inspection in 2026, the strength of our curriculum, and of our specialist teaching and extra-curricular learning shone through, with the inspectors noting: ‘Leaders have established a clear educational vision that supports pupils’ academic progress and personal development across a broad and balanced curriculum.’

    Spring Grove is located in Wye, between Ashford and Canterbury, in a beautiful 14-acre rural setting which I think we can justifiably describe as one of the most beautiful playgrounds in Kent. We are proud to prepare our children for a range of secondary education when they leave us at 11 , including grammar and senior independent schools. Most importantly, we work with every family individually to ensure that our Year 6 leavers are moving on to schools where they will thrive.

      30-06-2026 - Personal Tour

      We are always pleased to arrange tours for prospective families. A visit on a weekday during term time allows you to see the school in action and to get a real feel for what we do at Spring Grove day to day. This personal tour will normally be led by Mrs Lee-Browne (Head of Marketing and Admissions) and can also include a meeting with the Head, Mrs Jaggard, or with the Nursery Manager, Mrs Archer.

      Spring Grove will once again be running its own holiday camps in the Summer holidays 2026.

      Spring Grove also continues to host specialist sports camps run by Total Sports Coaching, coding camps for age 5+ run by CodeKids, and a week-long theatre school in the Summer holidays run by the International British Theatre School.
