Malvern St James Jumps to Success

Hannah Tapley, Year 10, has jumped up the English Schools' Athletics Championships leader-board, to take No. 2 ranking in the UK for the U17 High Jump.

Hannah, who is 15 years old, scooped her new position by jumping 1m 60 in competition in Birmingham this month.
Mrs Woodhouse, Headmistress, comments, 'Hannah is an outstanding sportswoman, and her new ranking demonstrates her ability and ambition, as well as being a just reward for the effort and determination she has put into training. The whole School is incredibly proud of her, and will be watching and supporting her as the season progresses'.
