Max and Harry were in the same year at Spratton Hall and both have developed their rugby from Spratton to become serious players on the international circuit. Max moved to New Zealand in 2007 where he excelled in rugby at his school, Fielding High in Manawatu and went on to captain their 1st XV. Max now plays for the U18 New Zealand All Blacks. Harry went onto Rugby School from Spratton where he captained the 1st XV and now plays for England U18 and has made his debut playing for the Northampton Saints in the LV Cup.

Max is currently over in the UK and is assisting in rugby training with the sports department to the pupils at Spratton Hall and spending time training with Harry at the Saints Academy.

Harry states: it is good to see Max again after so many years and I look forward to playing against him in the future

Max states: it is good to be back at Spratton Hall and see all the changes and developments that have occurred since I was here. The pupils are as motivated as ever and it is great to be able to demonstrate to them that hard work can allow you to realize a dream.
