Success in Poetry Competition

Leehurst Swan school was represented brilliantly at the poetry competition evening at Leaden Hall School by our head pupils from Prep and their parents. Abigail Guicheteau’s poem, which she read before an audience of judges, pupils, parents and teachers from surrounding schools, won her first place in her category and the overall prize. The poem will be read out on Spire FM and published in the Salisbury Journal. Well done to Abby and all the children who entered, the standard was extremely high!
