Riding at Dean Close School continues to impress

The team won 3rd place overall out of 13 teams entered at the National Schools' Team Cross-Country Competition on Easter Monday following some extremely accomplished riding. Mrs Paula Watson, Equestrian Manager, commented: "I am thrilled with the progress and enthusiasm for all aspects of equestrianism at the School. All boys and girls are encouraged to reach their full potential either individually or within a team." This follows the success of the Intermediate Polo Team which won their Division at the National Senior Intermediate Arena Polo Tournament in February winning all their matches throughout the day and beating Felsted B 2-0 in the final.
