Malvern St James Triumphs at the Welsh Rally!

The MSJ 1st Lacrosse team are celebrating a fantastic performance at the Welsh Lacrosse Rally, where they were winners for the second year running.

This Championship is hotly contested by other Schools in the region. MSJ took an early lead in their first match against Moreton Hall and continued their winning form throughout the tournament. With an exceptional win of 11 0 against Cheltenham Ladies College and a very exciting final against Monmouth, Malvern St James were the eventual undefeated winning team.

The team included two players who have recently represented Wales in the under 19's World Lacrosse Championships in Hannover, Germany. Lottie Van Praag and Sophy Coombes Roberts were awarded 'Players of the tournament', along with Frankie White who captained the Welsh 'A' Team in the recent U17s Festival (also in Hannover).
