One of the top 10 Independent Girls' Boarding Schools in the UK

Luckley-Oakfield School in Wokingham has been certified as one of the top 10 Independent Girls' Boarding Schools in the UK.

The school was awarded a Gold Star certificate by Education Advisors Ltd and is listed in their league tables published on www.best-schools.co.uk. The award recognises the school's outstanding exam results at A-Level in 2011, particularly the high percentage of A*, A and B grades obtained by pupils; 21% A*, 57 % A*/A and 89% A*- B, with a 100% overall pass rate.

Headmistress, Vivienne Davis commented: 'I am delighted and very proud that we are ranked at 10th place in this year's league table. This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our pupils and staff, who strive to achieve excellent academic results, whilst enjoying a rich and varied extra-curricular programme within our thriving school community.'
