Published by Spratton Hall on Monday 12th of November 2012

Spratton Hall has a thriving and highly successful Equestrian team and in an extremely tight national competition they came runners up to a team of 16 year olds.

As a member of the National Schools Equestrian Association, NSEA, Spratton Hall pupils have the opportunity to represent the school at Inter school competitions that are held throughout the year. The competitions are suitable for all levels ranging from grass roots to national level and culminating in the prestigious Championships which are held every October. During the year teams from all across the country compete and those that qualify are able to attend the Championships.

The Spratton Hall Equestrian teams have enjoyed great success at the National Schools Championships where in 2011 Spratton Hall were Mini reserve champions and in 2012 were Novice reserve champions with the only team in this class to have 8 clear rounds.

Congratulations go to the Novice Reserve Champions: Charlotte Brodie, Sophie Main, Gracie Turberville Smith, Hero Seago and also to the rest of the Spratton Hall team: Daisy McKinlay, Amy Hulls and Lily Roberts-Nuttall who also competed at the Championships.
