Students raise the roof at the Royal Albert Hall

For the tenth consecutive year, over a 100 ACS Egham students joined CLIC Sargent’s annual musical extravaganza, held at the Royal Albert Hall, to raise funds for the children’s cancer charity.

ACS Egham’s whole school choir joined 1,500 other children from across the UK on stage to perform at the annual concert.

This year’s festive performance also featured a range of professional artists including Tom Billington; dance acts Urban Strides and West End Kids; as well as beat box artist, The Beatbox Collective; plus X-Factor blues and soul sensation, Melanie Masson.

Irina Walters, Music Coordinator at ACS Egham International School, commented:

“This concert is always eagerly anticipated by our students and families, and hearing so many young voices singing in unison is breathtaking. Performing in the Royal Albert Hall is a real privilege for our students and supporting such a special charity makes
for a very memorable evening.”

CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity which helps, supports and guides children, young people and their families during their cancer treatment.
