Isle Of Wight Literary Festival

Yesterday, we hosted the Isle of Wight Literary Festival School Programme.

It was a super popular event with  230 external students and 6 authors visiting. The authors gave interactive presentations and told their stories to the children, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Pupils had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas Allan, Chris Stevens, Chris Connaughton, Natasha Farrant and Joe Craig. Our younger years had the joy of watching ‘Meet Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Longstocking’ in the theatre, enthusiastically performed by Sofie Miller. It was a wonderful event and the pupils enjoyed all the wonderful storytelling!
