Phonetic Spelling for Personal Recognition
In our pursuit of inclusivity, we’ve implemented the phonetic spelling of names on our register. This small yet significant change ensures that every student’s name is pronounced correctly. By acknowledging and respecting the diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds of our students, we create a foundation for mutual understanding.
Student DEI Group: Empowering Voices
At Bancroft’s, we recognise the power of student-led initiatives. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) group is a testament to this belief.
