New Performing Arts centre for Luckley

Staff and pupils at Luckley House School in Wokingham were thrilled to receive the news that planning permission has been granted for a new state of the art Performing Arts Centre, due to commence build this September, for completion by Christmas 2015. The Centre will house a 179-seat auditorium, a dance and drama studio, a workshop, classrooms and offices.
Jane Tudor, Headmistress of the all girls' senior school said

'We cherish the performing arts, with their invaluable contribution to developing communication skills, creativity and self-confidence. The provision of a fully-equipped theatre, drama teaching facilities and a dance studio will enable these to flourish. Such a significant investment in the on-going expansion and improvement of our facilities underlines the Governors' commitment to our fifteen-year School Master Plan and further reinforces our position as a provider of world-class education.'
