New lambs arrive at Sibford

Published by Sibford School on Wednesday 25th of February 2015

Spring has sprung at Sibford School near Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the appearance of two baby lambs.

The new arrivals a one-week-old ewe lamb and a two-week-old ram lamb are the latest addition to the school's animal husbandry initiative.

Each term Sibford welcomes different livestock in order to enable pupils to undertake agricultural studies.

Pictured giving a lunchtime feed to the hungry pair are 11-year-old Grace Marot and 12-year-old Jessica Main.
